Tortilla style wraps

Ingredients

  • About half a cup of bread flour per person
  • One tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • water

Method

Place the flour, olive oil, salt and pepper into a bowl and start to slowly add water whilst stirring with a spoon. Keep stirring until the flour mixture comes together into a fairly wet dough. Flour your hands and then scoop out the dough onto a floured work surface. Keep working the dough with the heel of your hand, giving the dough a good stretch. Knead for about 10 min.

Once you have a nice stretchy dough, divide into about 4 portions, roll out on a floured surface with a rolling pin until about 1 or 2 mm thick.

Place a tiny amount of oil or frying spray into a frying pan, literally just coat the surface of the pan, turn on the heat and fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute each side.
